At Nationwide Auto Wrecking, we accept authorized returns within 7 calendar days of receipt, unless otherwise specified. To return an unused item, a 30% restocking fee applies, though we may offer a lesser fee with store credit in some cases. Returns must be in brand new condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on special ordered or custom items, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless approved. All returns must be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. Special Order Items
Special order items require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not permitted.
Shipping Policy
Nationwide Auto Wrecking delivers across the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, with usual delivery times of 7-14 working days for our high-quality used auto parts sourced from wrecking yards nationwide. Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship within one day. If you receive a damaged product, report it to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours at support@nationwideautowrecking.com. Keep the item and packaging, make a list of the damages, and contact us for further instructions.
